Private Sector Housing Enforcement Officer
Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole
£33 P/H (Umbrella)

Work pattern: Monday to Friday 37 hrs p/w flexible with working times and from home but will need to be visiting a minimum of 3 days a week in the BCP area.

Experience needed

Undertaking HHSRS inspections for single dwelling complaints in private rented sector
Revisits to single dwelling disrepair complaints in the private rented sector to check compliance with schedule of works
Gather evidence for breaches of Housing Act 2004 for potential Civil Penalties and prosecutions
Candidates will need to be Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) qualified and have recent experience of inspecting properties and carrying out HHSRS assessments and taking action under the Housing Act 2004
