Picker Packer - Southampton Swaythling - Earn £11.45 Day Rate and £12.50 Night Rate - Apply Now!

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Full Time Picker Packer roles to work with an important company in the Southampton Swaythling area , near the Airport. Our client is currently looking for motivated and keen people to work within a busy distribution environment picking & packing jewellery items. This assignment could potentially offer ongoing work for the right people.Shift Patterns - You must be available to work Full Time( any 5 days out of 7) and be flexible around the days and shift times as these may change.
***Please note this position is 40 hours per week :Day Shifts - AM & PM:

AM - 07:00-15:00
PM - 15:15-23:15Night Shifts :

23:00 - 07:00Pay Rates:

AM & PM Shifts - £11.45 p/h
NIGHT Shifts - £12.50 p/hAs a Picker Packer you will need to have:

Your own safety boots
For security purposes, you will need to wear clothes with no pockets and no jewellery or watches.Role of a Picker Packer:

Picking
Packing
Using hand scanners
This job may involve some lifting but not heavy.
You will need to be flexible with working times, AM and PM shifts are available to start the week commencing 13th November 2023.
Night Shifts - These will run from 23rd Nov for approximately 1 week , then workers will be transferred to the PM Shift and so must be available to work during the day after the week of Night Shifts. **** Please Note ,We only have a small number of Night Shifts available. ***
English-level intermediate , there will be a basic health & safety test you need to pass on day 1 to continue with the position.
Please take note once again that you will need to wear clothes without pockets for security purposes. You will also need to wear your steel-toed shoes. We will provide you with a Hi-vis vest to wear.Benefits of working with us as a Picker Packer:
