Qualifications:
SEMH Experience, Psychology Degree desirable
Skills:
Good behaviour management
Requirements:
Available full time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 15:30pm)
Holds a DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one
Company Branding:
SEMH school, small classes, 1:1 work/small group support
Job Duties:
Provide behaviour management support to students in a SEMH school setting
Implement individual behaviour plans and strategies
Work closely with students on a 1:1 basis or in small group settings
Support the emotional well-being and social development of students
Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
Experience working with students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs
Education:
Psychology Degree desirable
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
Flexible and adaptable approach to working with diverse student needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
