Salary: £12.00per hour + benefits
Hours: from 37.5 hours contract per week
Shift patterns: Variable
Monday to Sunday (Every other weekend)

We are on the lookout for Support Workers who are calm and patient. As a support worker, you will be part of an experienced staff team working within a busy and vibrant service where no two days are the same.
We are looking for Support Workers, to support the 4 semi-independent adults in our supported living service. You will be creative in ensuring that the four people we support are safe, happy, constantly evolving, and are empowered to live the life that they choose.
Support worker duties include:
Daily activities such as cooking meals, basic cleaning tasks, medication administration (after completing relevant training), food shopping with the people we support.
Providing support for offsite activities such as going to the gym, bowling, sensory room, historic gardens and any other interests and appointments.
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the people you will take care of.
Helping the people you will assist plan towards and achieve both short and long term aims.
Going away on seaside and caravan staycations with the people we support, helping them to live their best life!
Ensuring the people, you will assist and their families, are treated with respect, dignity, and equality.
To work in accordance with SeeAbilitys valuesWe are looking for someone who can devote to 37.5 per week and are willing to work on a shift rota basis, covering mornings, evenings, and weekends.
You will work closely with the registered manager, deputy manager and your seniors to ensure that we are delivering the best person-centred care, ensuring outstanding delivery of support in line with our vision; inclusive communities where people with dementia, autism, and learning disabilities and physical disabilities participate as equal citizens.
