Customer Service Team Leader

12 month FTC - (Mat Cover)
Full-time (7.30 - 16.30 or 8.00 - 17.00, 1 hour lunch)

Impact Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader for our client based in Wellingborough. This role is responsible for the training administration and sales solutions department, ensuring effective planning, resource and administration of the business's training provision and supporting the business in achieving revenue and margin targets.

This role is an office-based role in Wellingborough; salary is dependent on whether candidates have relevant industry experience.
Key duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Team Leader:
Ensure that customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively, via email and over the phone.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all members of the training team.
Proactively contact existing customers on expiry to gain repeat business.
Review and contact low-spend/dormant accounts.
Offer relevant additional products to customers where appropriate.
Ensure information is kept up-to-date and obtained from customers in a timely manner.
Accurately input all orders and queries onto the in-house system.
Help secure repeat and expansion business by providing high levels of customer satisfaction.
Day to day Supervision - resource planning, holiday planning, setting objectives, measuring performance
Supervise the activities and management of the Training Sales & Administration Team
Effective administration of both client & supplier invoices, credits & queries.
Ensure that all company procedures and administration processes are adhered to.
Run regular reports to ensure all tasks are up to dateKey experience and skills required for the Customer Service Team Leader:
Experience of leading a department effectively whilst providing excellent customer service and administration support.
Outstanding people skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work on own initiative with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
Superb time management skills and organisation.
Excellent IT proficiency: specifically, use of MS Office and any internal systems or databases
