We are currently looking for an experienced children's social worker to join a stable Child and Family Safeguarding service at an Ofsted 'Good' rated council, as a senior social worker.

In this role, you will be joining a strong team who have built a reputation for stability. Also, funding has been approved to ensure stability and peace of mind for you, with a 6 month contract from the get go.

Other benefits include a manageable caseload, as cases are split evenly across the service, so you can dedicate the necessary time to each case. You will also be supported by the longstanding management structure and strong team to ensure you feel comfortable in the role so you can focus on doing your best work and enjoying all the island has to offer in your down time.

Leaders in Care are offering a rate of £45/h for this role, as well as a generous £250/week accommodation bonus.

As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
