JOB DESCRIPTION:

Caretaker required in Rochdale for an immediate start. Our client is looking for a caretaker to join the team on a static site. This caretaker role will initially be on a contract basis but will lead to a permanent for the right candidate. MUST have an enhanced DBS.

HOURS

Monday to Friday
8am - 4pm / 11am - 7pm (37.5 hours a week)

Daily responsibilities will include:

*Maintenance duties on site
*Key holder - opening and locking building
*Liaising with contractors on site

Requirements for the role

*Must have an enhanced DBS
*Maintenance experience
