Job title: Town Planner

I'm looking to fill the position of Town Planner/Senior Town Planners either in Leeds or Manchester on a permanent basis.

My client is an independent planning consultancy working on a wide range of projects all across the UK. We are looking for candidates who have recently become chartered and from a private sector.

We are looking for the following:-

3+ years post-Masters qualified
Member of the RTPI
Drivers licence
Residential experience
Development management procedures experience
Local plan promotion expertise
Appeals experience (preferable)
