Are you a Graduate Engineer or Site Engineer with 1- 4 years experience looking for a new challenge? This role might be for you!
I am currently working on behalf of a client who are looking for temp to perm, or permanent site engineers. Ideally with minimum 1 years experience working in construction as a site engineer in the UNITED KINGDOM ( this can include a year out/ sandwich placement)
You must also have a valid CSCS Card and UK Experience
You will be working on jobs from Milton Keynes area all the way to Portsmouth - jobs are national so you would have the chance to work in other areas, with accommodation and expenses covered. They specialise in Commercial Projects up to the value of £20million.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to specifications, schedules, and safety protocols.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Provide technical expertise and problem-solving skills to resolve on-site challenges effectively.
Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, drawings, and project documentation. Setting out on site.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer for a Main Contractor in the UK
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction management software.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
