Master Technician Welwyn Garden City Main Dealership £35,000

We are working with a Main dealership in the area who are looking for an experienced Master Technician to join their busy Service Department.

Hours: full time flexible, 40 hours per week, with weekends on a rota basis OR shift patterns
Basic plus OTE up to £60,000
25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysKey Master Technician Roles and Responsibilities:

As Master Technician you will undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards
To be aware of the importance and implication of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and work to ensure they are always met Minimum Master Technician Requirements:

Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
Have at least 2 years experience after a qualifying period, of working in a Dealership as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic (or similar)
Must have a Driving License
Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work
