Evolve are currently recruiting for a market-leading Dermatology organisation who are on the search for an enthusiastic Healthcare Partnerships and Innovation Manager to join their team. This is a national field-based customer facing role and is responsible for identifying, developing and supporting the delivery of non-homecare related commercial opportunities.

Ideal requirements for the Healthcare Partnerships and Innovation Manager role.

* Previous experience of managing services within the pharmaceutical industry.

* Can understand delivering complex projects in clinical services in the NHS.

* Ability to understand how companies help to deliver patient support programmes.

* Ability to coach, enthuse, and motivate infield teams, fostering team spirit.

Role Responsibilities for the Healthcare Partnership and Innovation Manager role.

* Acts as a partner of field functions in customer-facing activities.

* Develops suitable patient and promotional literature to support uptake of company approved initiatives/projects.

* Supports Key Account Managers in the identification/definition and creation of non-homecare related programs/activities (according to local needs) that drive brand loyalty and improve sales in Key Strategic Accounts.
