Evolve are recruiting for a renowned pharmaceutical organisation that specialise within Reproductive and Womens Health, Gastroenterology and Urology. They are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Commercial Lead to join their team.
This is a full-time permanent position based at their head office 3 days per week in West London.

Ideal requirements and responsibilities for the Commercial Lead role.
* Ensure achievement of revenue targets, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance ROI for client brands, and engage third-party partners to endorse pertinent products while overseeing strategic partnerships (e.g., generics distributors, homecare companies).
* Oversee tender processes and discount initiatives with public and private entities across the entire portfolio, in coordination with pertinent customer segments such as CMUs, CCGs/ICBs, and short line stores.
* Direct commercial contract management and spearhead intricate negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to shape current and future offerings, schemes, incentives, and promotions.
