Tutoring jobs in Murcia: Spanish language.

I'm looking to learn Spanish, I have just moved to Spain about 4 weeks ago in an unplanned move.
I have not spoken any Spanish before and as such my Spanish is currently near non-existent.
What I'm looking for is to just get up and running as quickly as possible i.e. be able to get by in restaurants, bars and shops, then build from there.
I should probably mention I have a terrible memory and it seems especially bad for languages so you would have your work cut out.
