I'm starting to learn electric guitar, coming from a background in cello (~14 years) and classical piano (~16 years).
I'm looking in particular for a tutor who can help me with getting the basics correct from the start, like left hand positioning and picking technique - and I want to avoid carrying over any bad habits from my cello playing.
Having a tutor who can help me build up a repertoire of exercises I can take away and practice in between lessons to continue to improve my technique is also important to me.
