Customer Success Advisor FTC - 6 months fixed term contract (likely to go perm)
Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire
Hours: Monday Friday, 8 am to 5pm
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Success Advisor to join their expanding team!
You will deal with all aspects of customer enquiries and orders whilst working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service or sales experience in an office environment.
Key responsibilities of a Customer Success Advisor
* Engage with customers to ensure their needs are met.
* Answer all incoming customer service calls.
* Manage complaints in a timely, professional manner.
* Ensure a highly professional manner is always taken whether on the telephone or email.
* Order Management and inputting orders into the ERP System accurately.
* Support the Sales Team by processing all requests in a timely manner.
* Liaise between various departments.
Key skills of a Customer Success Advisor
* Previous customer service or sales experience in an office environment.
* Confident telephone manner.
* Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
* Possess a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
* Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent IT skills.
