We have a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-winning landscaping company, as a Senior Estimator. As a Senior Estimator you will be working in the commercial division of the business and reporting to the Commercial Director.

The company designs and constructs remarkable residential spaces in London, Surrey, and surrounding areas. Whilst undertaking contracts for the RHS, Historic Royal Palaces, Royal parks, and local councils. The Senior Estimator will be based at their HQ in Surrey. You will be required to attend meetings and key events, representing the company.

Senior Estimator experience:

* 5+ years of experience in a landscaping company, ideally in a similar position

* Analysis of pre-tender site visits & undertaking site visits (photos, access issues, H&S)

* Experience in BOQ's (Bills of quantities) and confirming orders prior to procurement.

* Compiling comprehensive Scope of Works documents from plans to produce accurate pricing packages.

* Produce programs for tender stage.

* Produce job costings, variations on live & ongoing projects.

* Excellent Excel and Microsoft office skills

* Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.

* Strong attention to detail, with good time-management

* Calm under pressure ability to meet tender / project deadlines.

* Proactive problem solving and lateral thinking ability.

* Excellent client relationship capabilities

* A desire to develop personally, whilst also supporting the development of other team members

* Passionate about the landscaping industry

Qualifications:

Degree min Batchelors level in Quantity Surveying (Highly preferred)

Full UK drivers license (essential)

Package:

* Salary: £45k £60k doe.
