Salary: £30,000 £40,000 depending on experience and skills

Purpose of the Role:
Primary responsibility is to support mechanical engineers on a wide variety of project types. Duties include managing Revit models based on engineering redlines for mechanical and plumbing systems and working with other technicians and engineers to coordinate multiple building systems. This role will also work closely with the CAD Manager to help maintain and develop Revit families in the Revit database. This position will also utilize AutoCAD for various 2D designs.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proficient with Revit MEP
* Proficient with AutoCAD, Word, Excel
* Familiarity with Outlook and FTP software
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deliverable deadlines
* Work well individually and in a team environment
* Complete work in an efficient and accurate manner
* Classify and file engineering drawings
* Perform other duties as assigned
* Maintain positive attitude and good public relations
