We are currently looking for an experienced Senior QS to join one of our clients, a very well established main building contractor in Cardiff, who are looking for someone to work as part of a team on a very major construction project locally, in excess of £100 million in Value.

The role will involve having management resposnibilities for a small team of more junior surveyors and report to the commercial director on all issues. You will also play a key role in the overall commercial delivery of the project.

Candidates with the following skills and experience are encouraged to apply:

Background with larger or Tier 1 contractors

Experience of some management

Ideally experience of working on larger projects.
