Accelerate Teaching is delighted to announce a rewarding opportunity for a Special Education Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Primary School in Leeds. This role involves working 1:1 with two children with Autism, providing crucial support in their educational journey. Early Years experience is highly beneficial, and the position is available from as soon as possible until July 2024, with the potential for permanent placement at the school.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the educational development of two children with Autism, providing dedicated 1:1 support.

Your responsibilities will include:

Implementing tailored strategies to support the individual needs of each child.
Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to create a supportive learning environment.
Monitoring and tracking progress, and providing feedback to the teaching staff.Benefits:
