The Role
In this essential role, you'll be the linchpin in our clients service delivery, collaborating closely with the Service Manager to ensure their service contracts are executed flawlessly. This role is designed for those who shine in energetic environments and possess the ability to manage complex tasks with ease and efficiency. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including:
Efficient Scheduling and Organisation: Skilfully manage preventative maintenance schedules, engineer allocations, and customer communications to ensure operational excellence.
Effective Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between customers and engineers, coordinating service visits, and ensuring all parties are informed and satisfied.
Robust Administration: Handle job creation and callouts, oversee parts ordering and tracking, manage engineer schedules including training and absences, and ensure accurate customer and contract records are maintained.
Strategic Support: Provide indispensable support to the Service Manager through report preparation, resource planning, and by participating in customer meetings, contributing to the strategic direction and success of our operations.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting. Your proficiency in using computer applications, combined with your superior communication skills, will be key in efficiently liaising with both internal staff and clients. Experience in customer service and administrative roles is vital, as these skills are critical for ensuring the service contracts are managed to the highest standards.
Remuneration
* Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
* Hours: 8am 4:30pm Monday to Friday
* 23 days holiday plus statutory days
* Private Medical Insurance and Death in Service after qualifying period
* Pension scheme
