We are looking for Support Workers to join our amazing team who work at our service in Bury St Edmunds! We have Full-time and Part-time contracts so there are options to fit around all schedules. We also have roles open for weekend work only. What shift suits you? We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
Your rota'd shifts are typically between the times of 7am and 10pm, and there is also a Sleep in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £61.20. We have a waking night team if working during the night would suit you better. A typical waking night would be from 10pm in the evening to 7am in the morning.
No experience is needed just a can-do and positive attitude. We can give you all the training that you need to become an outstanding Support Worker- what we need is someone that wants to support people who have learning disabilities to live their best lives, and to live life to the full!
