Position Overview: We are seeking a Year 1 Class Teacher to join one of our schools in the Seacroft area. This is a temporary-to-permanent position, offering a competitive salary and an opportunity to become a vital part of their educational community.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of Year 1 students.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic and personal growth.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to support student development.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Previous experience teaching Year 1 students is desirable.
Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
