We are a dynamic and forward-thinking educational institution based in Mansfield, dedicated to providing high-quality learning experiences for our students. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a motivated and adaptable Supply Teacher Assistant to register with us.

As a Supply Teacher Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching staff in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom management, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to create a positive learning environment. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the education sector while working in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the teacher in implementing lesson plans and delivering instruction.
Support individual students with their learning needs, providing guidance and encouragement.
Manage classroom behaviour and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Prepare and organise classroom materials and resources.
Collaborate with teaching staff and other support professionals to ensure the smooth running of the classroom. support children 1:1 with SEN Requirements:
level 3 or above teacher assistant preferred previous work experience in a child based setting strong communication and interpersonal skills
