A small but established, family feel Construction Consultancy in Leeds is seeking a client facing and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will hit the ground running and support Directors in their expanding Leeds office across a plethora of sectors such as high-rise apartments, student accommodation, logistics & advanced manufacturing, high-end hotel and education.

Their Quantity Surveyors are not pigeonholed into any one sector and have the pick of the litter when it comes to preferred projects. They do operate a hybrid working policy ideally in the office 3x days a week, in which they do have office parking.

This could be the perfect opportunity for an established Senior Quantity Surveyor who feels they've hit a ceiling and need the right guidance and opportunity to step into an Associate role or a current Quantity Surveyor determined to take a step up to Senior and take on more responsibility.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

RICS Accredited related degree
Strong QS Consultancy background
Strong Pre and post contract experience ideally
A successful track record running projects to completion
MRICS ideally or currently working towards & in need of a final pushIn Return?
