TXM Recruit are working in partnership with an award-winning organisation who breathes customer satisfaction. They are expanding and looking for an Administrator to join their team located in Stoke-on-Trent on a 3-month contract.
Your duties will consist of bridging the communication gap between operations and helpdesk. Ensuring all admin duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner whilst delivering excellent customer service.
Role Requirements:
Providing a link between all teams, being the main point of contact all tasks.
Manage all admin duties to a timely manner.
Attention to detail with all paperwork and online documentation.
Work proactively to ensure any issues are managed professionally.
Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
Abiltiy to work autonomously.
Able to manage a fast paced workload.
Knowledge and Skills:
GCSEs or equivalent
Previous experience in a general administration role
Customer service skills
Excellent work ethic
Positive and professional attitude
Job Details:
Hours of Work: 08:00AM 18:00PM
Pay rate: £10.41 Per Hour
Office based: Vinewood House, Waters Edge Business Park, Campbell Road, ST4 4DB
