Our comments This ground floor studio apartment is located in Aldwick and benefits from a private courtyard garden area to the rear which can be accessed via a gate to the side. The accommodation comprises; kitchen area - with cooker and washing machine, main studio area with Amtico flooring, and a shower room. Redecorated in 2023. Viewings are recommended. Available Mid Jan 2023 for an ongoing 12 month tenancy.
Income and referencing criteria. To qualify for a tenancy Prospective Tenants will be required to demonstrate a 'stable income' that is at least £21,000 per year.
