Do you have care worker or support staff experience, and do you live in the region of Dorset? Newcross Healthcare is looking for part-time Support Workers to work in Sherborne, Castle Cary, Wincanton, Sturminster, Newton and the surrounding region, and the roles come with a competitive rate of £15.79 p/hr, including holiday pay.
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a team that ensures our service users living with Learning Disabilities and/or challenging behaviours get the support they need to live their lives to the fullest. The majority of our clients are care homes. However, this healthcare assistant role can involve working in a variety of settings.
If you were already working in this role, you would have been busy in the following areas:
* Supporting service users with personal care tasks, clinical requirements and social activities
* Delivering person-centred care line with individual care plans
* Assisting nurses and other members of the team
