Be quick to gain understanding of the system under test and how it is used by customers
Demonstrate leadership, including producing effective test metrics, coaching, mentoring, influencing test strategy and leading projects
Be able to collaborate in deploying software around the world
Demonstrate knowledge sharing across teams, disciplines, functions and locations
Key responsibilities
You'll ensure new software is built to offer the best possible user experience
Develop your own innovations on monthly 'Pioneer Fridays'
Create timely estimates for testing projects
Lead creation and optimisation of source documents for testing artifacts
Plan and execute different testing approaches such as rapid, risk based, exploratory, regression, security and usability
Take accountability for testing and create effective test metrics
Stay up-to-date with all the latest developments in software testing and share knowledge with colleagues
Make a difference to the local community by volunteering with Sage Foundation
