Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students?

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant.

Contract: Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 3:30PM - Term Time Only

Salary: Final salary based on experience

This role offers the chance to work in a supportive environment and contribute to the academic and personal growth of our students.

As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

* Providing support to teachers in delivering lessons and activities, including preparing materials and resources.

* Assisting students with their learning, both individually and in small groups, to reinforce key concepts and promote academic progress.

* Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) by implementing individualised learning strategies and providing additional assistance as needed.

* Collaborating with classroom teachers and SENCOs to develop and implement personalised education plans (PEPs) for students with SEND.

* Monitoring student behaviour and providing guidance and support to help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

* An Enhanced DBS check to ensure suitability for working with children and vulnerable individuals.

* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting, with a strong understanding of classroom dynamics and educational practices.

* Experience working with students with SEND, including knowledge of specific learning difficulties and strategies for supporting their needs.
