Salary £22,000 + Bonus £8700.00
Fully Remote
Start Date: 11th March 2024
Hours - You'll work a flexible 37.5-hour shift across the following hours: Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00, Saturdays: 08:00 - 18:00 and Sundays: 09:00 - 18:00.

The Role of a Registrations Advisor

Acting as the first point of customer journey
Taking inbound calls from customers who are looking to register their appliance.
Building rapport with our customers and getting to know their needs
Upselling
Building good customer relationships
