Civils Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for a specialist civils site manager for an immediate start in Broad Oak, Kent.

Experience of managing heavy civil projects is essential.

SMSTS qualifications, First Aid and CSCS needed!

£310-£330 day rate depending on previous experience and qualifications. Weekly paid CIS/ LTD. Usual working hours Mon to Fri 7am to 5pm. Weekend hours paid at enhanced rate.

Free on site parking.

Temporary contract to deliver the groundwork's and civil package for the construction of a new residential and commercial site.

Duties will include:

Supervision of all trades for sub-contractor.
Inductions
Supervising Health and Safety on-site
Filing quality reports
Supervising labour on site
Delivery co-ordination of materials
Ensuring H&S practices are followed by all workers and visitors
Hold regular report and progress meetings
Liaise with client/ stakeholders
Ensure safety documentation developed on site
Managing site day to day on the ground and from site office
