I am currently working with a main contractor who are taking on a refurishment project in a train station in North Yorkshire.

They are looking to recruit a Site Manager who is willing to work one shift a week on a Saturday Night, to support the refurbishment of a micro-brewery.

A Saturday night is the only time in which they are authorised to work track side.
The shifts will be from around 10pm until 8am on Sunday morning.

The first 6 weeks will mainly be putting scaffold up and after that they will be required to oversee the breaking out, repointing, brickwork, etc.

The value of the project is approximatley £6 million.

The right candidate must have the following:

* PTS Ticket

* SMSTS

* First Aid

* Health and Safety

* Scaffold Inspection

* Experience working on commercial refurb projects

* Experience working with / for Network Rail
