More about your role
You will r eporting to the Regional MD (South East), and have full responsibility for the construction strategy and delivery of multiple developments sites. The South East region has plans to deliver 500 homes per year over multiple sites and multiple tenures from affordable rent to market sale.
As the senior lead in the regional construction team, you will manage the team and provide a quality product safely within set budgets and agreed timescales . You will drive a culture of accountability ensuring best in class safe practices are followed throughout the region , costs are tightly managed and quality is delivered throughout the design, pre-constru ction and construction phases.
You will also work closely with the Aftercare team to ensure customer requiremen ts are exceeded post occupation, supporting excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
This role will cover the South East region, with regular travel to our office near Kings Cross for ease of travel you will ideally be based in or around the M25.

More about you
Ideally you will be working at a similar level currently for a regional housebuilder/developer and be looking for a new challenge. You should have experience of the full lifecycle across the development, able to input and define pre-construction planning, ensure delivery on site by your Build and Site Managers and have had involvement within customer aftercare. You will be skilled in managing multiple sites at various stages of development from pre-con through to sales and aftercare.
Ideally you will operated at a similar level within the South East and be well connected, being able to access a range of services within the local supply chain. You will need to possess strong leadership skills and be able to motivate a dispersed workforce to achieve their goals and deliver sites on time and on budget. You will be analytical with a methodical, commercial approach to problem solving.
