I am renting my whole flat for 6 months.
It is a 2 bedroom flat, but I will rent it out only for one person, not more!
The flat is very well located, with supermarket and 24 hours convenience store nearby.
Behind the flat you have a cycling path which leads to a park and supermarket.
This flat would be available only if you are a mature person who is currently working and have proof that you can keep the payments during your stay.
On my building there is just 4 flats, people are respectful , quite and we would be looking for someone who behave accordingly.
On our building we have a retired person, a couple , a family and myself.
I do work with tourism and I am renting it now so my home is not alone during my absence.
If you like what you see here and would like to rent my place but find a bit steep the price, I could rent just the double room with bills included and I would charge £1150
