Over the Wall is a forward-thinking and creative medium-sized children's charity that has been on a steep growth trajectory for the past decade with income quadrupling over that period to (what would have been) just over £2m this year. Unfortunately, COVID 19 has pulled that in somewhat but we'll weather the storm and bounce back. Were currently in the very early stages of scoping and developing our individual giving programme and so are looking for the right person, with at least one years experience in a fundraising or digital marketing role, to join our Head of Individual Giving and help us build this fundraising area. As part of this exciting role, you will be instrumental in developing and managing acquisition and retention campaigns, with a focus on digital, to grow our income and supporter base. You will use your creative and analytical skills to engage with and inspire potential and existing donors and provide an excellent supporter experience. We are looking for someone who is highly organised and proactive, with experience in managing digital campaigns, working with agencies and the ability to use data and insights for optimum data selection and segmentation, as well as using research and analysis to inform and optimise future activity. Although based in Havant, we are all currently working from home and there is the opportunity for homeworking and flexibility around working hours when were back in the office. You will be working as part of a collaborative and supportive team and will be in a key role at the forefront of developing and shaping our individual giving programme.
