2004 Mini Cooper S - 3 door, supercharged, hatchback - manual

I'm selling 'Ermintrude', my funky Mini Cooper S which I have owned and loved for the last 10 years. It's a reluctant sale but having treated myself to a new car she is sitting under cover sadly not being used. She has been well looked after, not thacked about and always been very reliable.

She has the usual wear and tear you would expect with a 19 year old car but nothing serious. She's not immaculate but is very tidy for a car of that age. There's the odd stone-chip in her paintwork and on the wheels and the driver's door has a very slight dent in it (it has been like it ever since I've owned the car - possibly a trolley may have knocked into it) I tried to photograph it but it can't be seen.
The rear windscreen washer doesn't work and there is a small rust patch near this - please see photograph.
The viper stripes have aged over time and are cracked, I have never got round to having these re-done but I would imagine it shouldn't be too costly to replace - please see photographs.
The interior is very clean and tidy and the only thing to note is that the stitching on the driver's seat (on the side near to the door) has started to wear due to use over the years. This appears to be a common issue with Mini's of this age. I have tried to stitch it myself to tidy it up but please see photo.

Some service history, previous MOT's and repair receipts can be shown. There are two keys (you will see from the photo that one, should we say is slightly more worn than the other!!). Mini folder with manual, Mini jack and toolkit aswell as locking wheel nut supplied.
