I am looking for land to rent in a quiet rural location. I will be looking to accommodate a small woodwork studio in the form of a converted shipping container on site which will also house tools, equipment and wood materials.

The location should be accessible from a road or at least in a way that enables the placement of my workshop. Access to water and electricity would be an advantage although not completely necessary.

I live and work abroad for 6 months of the year around the world so need the plot to be fairly secure when I am away.

Re: The size of plot can be anything from 250 m2 upwards though I am working to a budget up until I start producing a sustainable revenue from the business itself. I am fairly flexible on time scales although I will be aiming to discover a suitable plot before the end of summer 2024.
