ERP Master Data Controller
Location: Telford
Hours: Monday Friday 37.5 hrs early finish on a Friday (Flexi-time)
Salary: up to circa £40k per annum

We are working with a market-leading manufacturing organisation who are looking to bring in a ERP Data Controller to ensure data integrity and play a key role in ensuring that the correct data relating to technical documentation and BOMs is collated within the ERP system. This is a new role for the business and would suit someone who loves data, is able to engage with a variety of operational teams and someone with a strong background in using ERP or MRP systems, either in a planning, master data or some kind of materials management capacity.
The ERP Controller will be responsible for:
* Maintaining and making optimal use of the existing databases and systems
* Taking ownership of the Master data and specification information
* Oversee the integration of the Bill of Materials data into the system
* Ensure that BOM data is consistent and accurate across a variety of product lines
* Oversee and develop technical manuals for products
* Collaborate and work closely with engineering teams
* Ensure that all data kept is compliant with regulations and industry standards
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience gained from within the manufacturing and engineering sector will be essential
* Strong technical capacity and an understanding of technical design to manufacture concepts
* Confident to liaise across multi-disciplinary teams to obtain information
* Previous knowledge and experience of working with MRP or ERP systems will be ESSENTIAL
* Previous experience in roles such as Production Planner / Senior Planner / Production Controller / Planning / Master Data Analyst / Master data Controller / MRP Controller / ERP Controller or similar roles will be considered.
