Role Summary
During the temp to perm contract, the successful candidate will be able to provide a range of administrative support. Maintaining records, databases and information systems and keeping up to date with software updates. Additionally, they will liaise with other departments and organisations in a professional manner, demonstrating the values of the MCL Group.
As part of the MCL Medics team, your key responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients into the clinic, checking paperwork etc.
Providing clinic staff with any appointment needs paperwork, certificates etc
Maintaining trackers for all OH/GP & specialist reports
Making bookings verbally and electronically for the Aberdeen clinic
Send out and tracking GP/Specialist letters/reports and forward costs to the OH Services Delivery Manager in Southport for re-charging the relevant clients.
Organise day to day appointment schedules and Doctors diaries/rotas.
Take payments from clients.
You must be a confident and proactive communicator, enjoy working with people and focused on ensuring that all MCL medics clients needs are met.
In addition, we require experience in:
Using MS Excel, databases, Word and Outlook and SharePoint.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work.
