Job Title: Service Manager - Telematics Installation
Location: (Flexible with frequent travel to client sites)

A leading provider of cutting-edge telematics solutions, specializing in enhancing vehicle performance and fleet management. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to lead our team of engineers in the seamless installation of telematics devices across a diverse range of vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of skilled engineers responsible for the installation of telematics devices in various vehicles.
Ensure the team meets performance targets, deadlines, and maintains high-quality standards.
Project Management:
Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of telematics installation projects.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
On-site Support:
Travel to client sites 2-3 times per week to oversee installations, address technical challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide technical guidance and support to on-site engineers.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of telematics installations.
Conduct regular audits to assess and improve the team's performance.
Training and Development:
Develop training programs for engineers to enhance their technical skills and keep them updated on the latest industry trends.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Act as a point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing technical teams, ideally in telematics or automotive technology.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel to client sites 2-3 times per week.
