Educated Appointments are delighted to be supporting a well established and growing Ofsted graded OUTSTANDING training provider to hire a Leadership & Management Client Relationship Manager.

The successful candidates home centre willl be either Cambridge or Norwich depending on location however mandatory office based working is minimal with plenty of flexibility around working from home, alongside attendance at networking events as appropriate.

Objective of the role

The Leadership and Management Client Relationship Manager is responsible for driving growth in the Leadership & Management programme, building excellent relationships with employers and informing development of the L&M programme.

This includes:

* Leading the business development, client management and other administrative management of the Leadership & Management

* Programme Assisting with the design of Leadership & Management programmes

* Driving continuous development and improvement of the Leadership and Management Programme

* High-quality delivery of Leadership & Management programmes via teaching and training

Major internal relationships

* Managing Director to understand the Boards data and information needs for decision-making around Leadership programmes

* Client Relationship Director to identify client relationship opportunities and strategy

* Programme Design Director to inform the design and development of these programmes

* Programme Delivery Director to understand quality measures and feedback on employer views

* Customer Services Manager to co-ordinate the smooth administration of these programmes

* Marketing Manager to co-ordinate on L&M marketing strategy and brand

Key Tasks

The key tasks and responsibilities for this role are split into three main categories:

Business development and client management

* Sourcing and attending relevant networking events to share information about us and identify potential new employers to work with

* Proactively identifying and following up on leads to ensure new employers have a high-quality service from their very first interactions with us

* Partnering with employers through face to face and virtual meetings to understanding their needs and become a trusted advisor, specialising in our Leadership and Management programmes

* Work closely with the Marketing Manager to identify an appropriate L&M marketing strategy

Continuous development of the Leadership and Management Programme

* Lead on internal working groups/committees to drive internal knowledge and communication about Leadership and Management programmes

* Quality review and reporting on Leadership and Management Programmes, including feedback review, engagement, enrolments and progression

* Assisting with research, including via employer focus groups and discussions to understand further what our employers and students would like in the Leadership academy

* Provide input into the further development of these programmes as both our and our employers thinking about Leadership and Management training evolves

High-quality delivery of programmes

* Assisting with preparation and delivery of classroom courses per the curriculum and to employers requests, making appropriate amendments to meet the bespoke needs of employers

* Provide additional support to learners as required

* Marking and feedback to learners as required

* Reporting of student performance and impact of training to employers

* Providing high-quality client management ensuring that employers are getting the service they need, building key relationships with potential and existing employers.

Personal qualities

* Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills, both internally and externally

* An understanding, or eagerness to learn, about Leadership training in finance

* Time management and organisational skills to ensure deadlines hit

* Ability to problem solve and create solutions that satisfy commercial and regulatory requirements

* A drive to ensure continuous improvements are constantly met

* An understanding of how the finance function operates in either practice or industry
