Office Fit-Out Site Manager needed to work on Office Fit-Out in Manchester.

Must be an experienced site manager who can independently manage a £1.6m value project. You will have a PM who will be on site 1 to 2 days a week.

Must have SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall, CSCS Card, Asbestos Awareness.

Must have experience working with Design and Build Office Fit-Out as a Number 1 Site Manager.

Project is going until June and will likely be kept on for other projects if you do a good job.
