Customer Service Manager Perm Daventry up to £36K
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager, as a fast-growing logistics company, we're looking for someone who can support our office-based administration at the Daventry site. With a wide range of customers (B2B & B2C) with varying needs, you will be responsible for managing and motivating our growing customer service team, providing direction and focus, and allocating resources within the team to maintain accurate order management.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a customer service manager role or an account management position. We're looking for someone with managerial experience who thrives on building relationships with colleagues and customers alike. You should be excited by working in a fast-paced environment and have a good understanding of what exceptional customer service looks like.
As our Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring individuals to develop job performance and expertise while supporting both B2B and B2C customers, including end-users, trade, and clients. You'll work alongside sales, warehouse, and onboarding teams to provide outstanding levels of customer service.
