Band Saw Operative

We are recruiting for an experienced band saw operative to work for our client who are located in Halifax, West Yorkshire.

THE DUTIES OF A BAND SAW OPERATIVE:

* Using the saw

* Measuring steels correctly and accurately

* Working with metals

* Marking out

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:

* Minimum 2 years' experience working within a high precision manufacturing background

* Excellent communication skills

THE HOURS:

Working on days Monday Thursday 7.30am 5pm/ Friday 7.30am -2.15pm

THE PAY:

You will earn an hourly rate of £12.50 - £14 an hour depending on experience.

This is a temporary contract for 4-6 weeks
