Deburrer
Client based in Aldershot, Hampshire is looking for a Deburrer to work in their Production Department.Our Client supply precision machined parts and gear technology solutions to the aerospace and defence sector.
Package for a Deburrer:
Salary £30,000 to £33,500/yr (DOE)
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Overtime at x1.5
Death in service benefit
Pension (employee 5%, employer 3%)
Key Responsibilities of a Deburrer:
Deburr and hand finish parts as required by using established procedures, machines and tooling;
Visual inspection of parts to ensure each meets the requirements of the order;
Programming,setting and operating Schaublin CNC Lathe
Turning/Grinding components to support our busy Deburr department while also supporting
Engineering with Tooling/Fixture design and manufacture
Skills and Qualifications/experience for a Deburrer:
Relevant experience gained in a similar industry
Conversant in Fanuc
Can read engineering drawings
Strong verbal and written communication
Experience of working in a small team
