Site Health and Safety Advisor
Full time Permanent role
Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week
Fife based
Salary. circa £40000 plus very good staff benefits, company vehicle (van), private healthcare, some overtime is likely dependant on the particular site requirements and is paid. Discretionary bonus scheme.

The Role - Site Health and Safety Advisor
To oversee the day-to-day HSE aspects of the installation works of mechanical water-based fire protection system projects (such as sprinkler systems) with particular emphasis on adherence to agreed RAMS and their control measures and to ensure safe working practices are being delivered on the project site.
Responsible to the Project Manager and Site Manager.
Location:
This is a site-based role with occasional visits to head office in the West Midlands.
Duties and responsibilities:
Predominantly carrying out daily site inspections of the project site works and environment with the emphasis on safe working practices.
Liaising with client representatives at site level including safety meetings
Liaising with project team members.
Deliver site tool-box talks.
Competencies, knowledge and experience required:
IT literate (word, excel, use of on-line resources)
Strong experience in installation and site supervision within the construction industry, preferably in the fire protection industry or building services (piping) industry and with the emphasis on safety management.
Qualifications required:
NEBOSH, construction safety related.
NVQ Level 3 in construction related subject.
