The client are specialists in the design, fabrication, and installation of window and door solutions for both New Build and Social Housing markets. Gap are thrilled to help in their search for a dynamic sales manager to cultivate and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients.

Performance Objectives

Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with Social Housing providers, understanding their requirements and positioning our products as the preferred choice.
Prepare and present compelling proposals to Social Housing providers, highlighting the benefits of our products.
Lead negotiations to secure contracts and favourable terms.
Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and customer preferences.
Use data-driven insights to adjust sales and marketing strategies for optimal results.
Person Specification

Proven experience within the Social Housing industry.
Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, and relevant regulations in the UK.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
