A qualified lawyer is sought to join a leading Legal 500 Bristol firm's Plot Sales Team. This firm boasts one of the largest real estate groups in the UK with several leading individuals in their field strengthening this firms offering. Due to continued growth and a number of repeat clients who instruct the firm for their market expertise, an opportunity has arisen for a qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor to head up the team in Bristol.

Duties will involve carrying out Plot sales instructions across both private sales and shared ownership homes and dealing with all aspects of legal site set-up.

Managing a team of 6 you will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of plot sales from initial instruction to completion.

In addition, your duties will involve supervising and developing members of your team, implementing BD strategies, and monitoring financial performances to ensure profitability.
