A successful Insurance broker are looking to expand their team with a high calibre individual who has experience within Personal Lines or Commercial Insurance broking or Underwriting.

The appointment will involve the provision of excellent service to a portfolio of existing and new personal clients, both in terms of renewals and mid-term adjustments. The varied and challenging role will also encompass offering a fully integrated service to customers.

This high profile position offers the opportunity to work in a young, friendly, professional team, whilst at the same time being part of a broking company that has the backing and support of a much larger sister organisation when required.

The favoured candidate will have a minimum of one year general insurance experience although the personality and calibre of the individual is equally important. The company would be happy to sponsor the successful candidate through their Chartered Insurance Institute examinations.

The candidate will be seeking a hands-on, customer facing role and hence have good communication skills. They will be well organised, have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail and be committed to providing quality service. Most importantly they will be proactive, having sufficient technical knowledge and experience to pick up and run with a variety of clients, thereby building long term customer relationships and referrals.

The initial salary would be reviewed after a period of time and the company also offer excellent bonuses well as great benefits which compare really well in the market.
