Principal Ecologist - Birmingham

We are looking for an experienced Principal Ecologist with a passion for leadership to assist in leading the Ecology team. You will be leading and managing ecological projects from inception to completion across a range of sectors including conservation, residential, heritage and education.

For this Principal Ecologist role, you will be involved in;

A variety of protected species surveys,
Overseeing protected species licence applications and mitigation,
Writing a range of Ecological reports including PEAs, EIAs, PRAs and habitat management plans,
Helping with junior members of the team,
Liaising with clients, project managers and stakeholders,
Preparing fee proposals.
